International Orders

Import duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. First-Class International and Priority Mail International shipments are not trackable. Delivery times vary considerably by country. While the postal service is usually prompt and reliable in most countries, unpredictable delays will sometimes happen. If you need to be sure of receiving your order by a particular date, choose one of the EMS or UPS options. We will not ship replacements for missing orders until 6 weeks after the initial shipment for non-trackable methods. All USPS orders will get a customs barcode number, but we cannot use this to track your shipment. You may be able to use the number to have your local postal service locate the parcel, but don't count on it. We are not responsible for shipments lost or delayed because of inaccurate or incomplete delivery address information.

Restrictions

We ship to just about anywhere permitted by US law. This excludes a number of countries, including Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Venezuela, and Syria. For shipping to Iraq (excluding APO addresses) or other locations not served by the USPS or UPS, contact us to arrange shipping by FedEx, DHL, or other couriers. Due to high levels of fraud, credit card customers in Indonesia must provide a copy of a photo ID and the customer service phone number from the back of the credit card. Customers in Portugal, Brazil, and South Africa may use shipping methods other than Express Mail at their own risk; due to high levels of mail theft we will no longer replace missing non-express shipments sent there.
